A calming practice for trust, relaxation, and presence.

This prenatal guided meditation was created to support deep relaxation and emotional preparation during pregnancy. Through gentle guidance and visualization, it invites you to soften tension, release fear, and cultivate a sense of safety and trust as you prepare for birth.

What It Is
A 20-minute guided meditation designed to help calm the nervous system and encourage a relaxed, receptive state of mind. Rooted in principles of yoga nidra, this practice supports rest, presence, and intentional connection with your body throughout pregnancy.

Why We Chose It
Birth is influenced not only by the body, but by the mind and emotions as well. This meditation was selected to support awareness, relaxation, and confidence, helping you become familiar with letting go and settling into a state of calm.

Through soothing language, positive intention, and visualization, this practice encourages the body and mind to associate relaxation with safety and trust. Over time, it can become a familiar anchor you return to when you need grounding and reassurance.

How to Use
This meditation is best practiced regularly throughout pregnancy, particularly during the second and third trimesters. It may be used several times per week as part of a quiet self-care ritual.

Because this is a yoga nidra–style meditation, it can also be used before sleep. Even if you drift off, the practice is designed to gently support rest and integration. It should not be used while driving or during activities that require alertness.

An Invitation
This meditation is not about controlling your birth or striving for a specific outcome. It is an invitation to listen inward, relax deeply, and trust your body’s wisdom—one breath at a time.
