We want you to feel completely supported in your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Return window
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible, items must be:
- Unworn/unused, in the original packaging, with all tags, seals, and accessories intact
- Accompanied by your order number or receipt
We reserve the right to refuse returns that don’t meet these conditions.
How to start a return
Email brandie@amethystfoxshop.com with:
- Order number
- Item(s) you’d like to return
- Reason for the return (and photos if there is damage/defect)
If approved, we’ll send return instructions and the correct return address. Items sent back without authorization can’t be accepted.
Unless the item is defective or we made an error, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Original shipping fees aren’t refundable.
Damages & issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours at brandie@amethystfoxshop.com with photos so we can make it right quickly.
Non-returnable items
For health and hygiene reasons, the following are final sale and cannot be returned once opened/used:
- Personal care and intimate items (e.g., period underwear, nursing pads, nipple shields, cups/discs & accessories)
- Skincare, body care, aromatherapy, apothecary, teas, tinctures, ingestibles, and any product with a seal once that seal is broken
- Custom or made-to-order items, curated gift boxes/bundles (must be returned in full and unopened), and digital/downloadable products
- Sale items and gift cards
If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, please email us before initiating a return.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the original item (once approved) and place a new order for the replacement.
EU customers – 14-day cooling-off period
If your order ships to the European Union, you may cancel or return within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unworn/unused, with tags and original packaging, and you’ll need proof of purchase. (Non-returnable categories above still apply once opened/used.)
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you about approval:
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days
- Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the credit
