How to Use
Steep 1 cup of herbs in 2 quarts of hot water. Allow the infusion to cool slightly, then add it to a shallow basin or bathtub filled with warm water. Gently submerge the lower body, breathe deeply, and rest.
For an alternative option, the cooled infusion may be added to a peri bottle and used to gently cleanse the perineal area.
